Terms & Conditions – imau4u Platform Usage Rules & Policies

1Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use the services of imau4u, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Aged at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. imau4u strictly prohibits underage individuals from using any services on the platform.
• Be a valid Malaysian citizen or permanent resident, or an individual legally permitted to use online gambling services under applicable local laws.
• Not prohibited or restricted from participating in gambling activities by any government authority, court order, or applicable regulation.
• Acting on your own behalf and not as a representative or agent of any third party.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) account on the imau4u platform. Detection of duplicate accounts will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all accumulated balances and bonuses.

2User Account & Security Responsibilities

When registering an account imau4u, you are fully responsible for:

• Provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information, including your full name, Malaysian phone number, active email address, and date of birth.
• Keeping your password and account login credentials confidential. imau4u will not be held responsible for any losses arising from unauthorised access caused by your failure to secure your login information.
• Notify imau4u immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• Updating your personal information whenever changes occur, including your phone number and email address.

Imau4u uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all account data. You are advised to enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for an added layer of security. However, you remain fully responsible for all activity that takes place within your account.

3Deposits & Payment Methods

Imau4u supports a range of secure and recognised deposit methods for Malaysian players:

• Digital Wallet: Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay
• Instant Transfer: DuitNow
• Online Banking (FPX): Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and other major Malaysian banks

The minimum deposit amount is RM 10 for all payment methods. Deposits are processed automatically and are typically credited within under 30 seconds after a successful transaction.

Imau4u reserves the right to decline or place on hold any deposit suspected of involving fraudulent activity, money laundering, or illegitimate fund sources. All transactions are subject to ongoing compliance review.

4Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your account imau4u subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30 per transaction.
• Daily withdrawal limits vary by VIP tier — from RM 5,000 (Bronze) to unlimited (Diamond).
• For security purposes, all withdrawals will be credited to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• The standard processing time is within 30 minutes for standard withdrawals. Withdrawals requiring additional review may take up to 24 hours.
• Imau4u does not charge any processing fees for standard withdrawals.

Imau4u reserves the right to suspend or reject a withdrawal if there are concerns about the legitimacy of account activity, or if identity verification has not been completed. In such cases, we will contact you via email or phone for further information.

5Bonus & Promotions Policy

All bonuses and promotions offered by imau4u subject to the specific conditions stated alongside each offer. General conditions that apply to all bonuses are:

• One welcome bonus can only be claimed once per new member. Duplicate accounts attempting to claim a new bonus will be terminated.
• Bonuses may not be used simultaneously unless stated otherwise in the relevant promotional terms.
• The rollover requirement for bonuses is at least 10x unless otherwise stated. This means the bonus value must be wagered the specified number of times before any withdrawal is permitted.
• Bonus wagering on certain games may be excluded or counted at a reduced rate towards the rollover requirement. Please check the specific terms of each bonus.
• Imau4u reserves the right to cancel bonuses and any associated winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse or fraud.

Imau4u reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time. Changes will be communicated via the official website or by email to affected members.

6Betting & Gaming Rules

All betting activity on the platform imau4u — including Sports Betting (Malaysia Super League, EPL, badminton, e-sports), slots, Live Casino, poker, and lottery — are subject to the following rules:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Placed bets cannot be cancelled or amended except through the Cash Out feature, which is available on selected markets.
• Imau4u reserves the right to void bets in the event of incorrect results, system disruptions, or any other exceptional circumstances. Any affected funds will be returned to the member's account.
• In the event of any dispute over betting results, the final decision of imau4u is conclusive and binding.
• Imau4u uses certified Random Number Generation (RNG) for all chance-based games to ensure fairness and verifiable reproducibility.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game type and the member's VIP tier. Current limits are displayed within the respective game interface.

7Responsible Gaming

imau4u fully committed to responsible gaming practices. We provide the following tools to help members manage their playing habits:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits tailored to your personal budget.
• Loss Limit: Set a maximum loss limit for any period of your choosing.
• Session Time Limit: Limit your gaming session duration to prevent excessive play.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent block on your account if you need a break from betting activity.
• Reality Check: Receive periodic reminders about the duration and amount you have wagered.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the platform imau4u and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances:

• Registering more than one account to obtain multiple bonuses or to circumvent a suspension.
• Using automated software, bots, or any other technology to play or place bets automatically.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or cheat the system.
• Exploiting any technical vulnerabilities, bugs, or system errors for unfair advantage.
• Using your account for money laundering or any activity that violates Malaysian law.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or the KYC process.
• Threatening or intimidating imau4u staff or other members through any communication channel.

9Limitation of Liability

imau4u shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from:

• Service interruptions, delays, or failures caused by factors beyond our control, including network issues, third-party hardware failures, or natural disasters.
• Any act or omission by third-party service providers connected to our platform.
• Financial losses resulting from betting outcomes that do not go in your favour — betting carries inherent risk and imau4u is not responsible for individual game outcomes.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your security credentials.

Imau4u's maximum liability to any member under any circumstances is limited to the actual balance held in that member's account at the time the claim is made.

10Account Suspension & Closure

imau4u reserves the right to suspend or close a member's account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete the KYC verification process within the stipulated timeframe.
• Detection of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct.
• Requests by Malaysian law enforcement authorities.
• Upon the member's own request through the official account closure process.

If an account is closed due to a Terms violation, imau4u reserves the right to forfeit all bonus balances, free funds, and associated winnings. For closures requested by the member or due to technical reasons, the actual cash balance (excluding bonuses) will be refunded upon completion of the review process.

11Privacy & Data Protection

The collection, use, and protection of your personal data by imau4u subject to our separate Privacy Policy, accessible at Privacy Policy page. By accepting these Terms, you also agree to our Privacy Policy.

In short, imau4u is committed to:

• Not selling, renting, or distributing members' personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without consent.
• Using personal data solely for service delivery, identity verification, and legal compliance purposes.
• All data is stored with encryption that meets industry-standard security protocols.

12Terms Amendments & Governing Law

imau4u reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon being published on the official imau4u website.

You are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically. Continued use of the imau4u platform following any amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

This version of the Terms takes effect from 1 January 2026. Previous versions are no longer applicable.
